Nylon 12 powder for SLS printing, at a lower cost per part

Resint3D Nylon 12 runs on Formlabs Fuse and other SLS printers at standard settings. It is made from rejuvenated PA12 in our own facility in the Netherlands, and every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis.

  • Around half the price of standard Nylon 12 powder
  • 0.20 kg CO₂e per kg powder, against 5.70 kg for virgin PA12
  • Tested in-house for thermal, particle and flow properties

Running a Formlabs Fuse 1 or Fuse 1+?

We developed and tested Resint3D Nylon 12 on the Fuse 1. Customers use it in daily production without changing their print settings.

  • Load it the way you already doAdd it through the sift or load it directly into the build chamber.
  • Keep your refresh routineThe powder has been printed for months in standard reuse cycles.
  • Same part qualityNo observed effect on printing, surface quality or mechanical properties.

Also used on other desktop and industrial SLS systems, including Sinterit, Raise3D, EOS, Farsoon and 3D Systems printers. Ask us about your machine.

Measured side by side with Formlabs Nylon 12

We characterise our powder against the material it replaces. Parts were printed on a Formlabs Fuse 1 under comparable conditions and tested in our lab.

Every batch tested before it leaves Weert

Our in-house lab checks the properties that decide whether a powder prints reliably.

  • Molecular weight, for stable melt behaviour and reuse performance
  • Thermal behaviour, so the material prints at standard settings
  • Particle size and shape, for consistent bed density and surface quality
  • Flowability, for reliable recoating and uniform layers
  • Colour, for consistent part appearance from batch to batch

A fraction of the footprint of virgin PA12

Because the polymer already exists, most of the impact of making new PA12 is avoided. Our life cycle assessment compares Resint3D Nylon 12 black with conventional PA12 powder.
